Payment, Refund and
Reward Policy
Micro-Business
Maintenance Ltd accepts payment on a credit/debit
card or PayPal account.
The service is paid
for in advance. Accounts will not be activated or
reactivated without prior payment.
All fees
and renewal fees are due on or before the due date
of the renewing account.
Our services are
invoiced on the first of each month. If you sign up
for a service part way through the month, our
FairPay algorithm will calculate the value of the
service for the remainder of the month and that is
all you pay today. However, due to credit card and
licensing costs, there is a minimum value that we
can charge. If your service is purchased close to
the end of the month you will be billed for the
minimum amount (rather than a tiny fraction of the
monthly cost.)
Incomplete, incorrect or
questionable signup information can result in an
account NOT being activated.
Any losses or
expenses experienced by the Customer, due to actions
taken by Micro-Business Maintenance Ltd in response
to Customer non-payment, are not the responsibility
of Micro-Business Maintenance Ltd.
By
purchasing Micro-Business Maintenance Ltd services,
you are agreeing to allow Micro-Business Maintenance
Ltd to place your account on a recurring payment
plan. The account will automatically be re-billed
according to the terms of the plan you select.
You grant Micro-Business Maintenance Ltd
permission to charge your credit card for any and
all services you request and any renewals thereof.
If Micro-Business Maintenance Ltd is unable to
process a payment for your plan by its due date,
your account will be suspended for five days (the
"suspension period") or until payment is
successfully processed. If Micro-Business
Maintenance Ltd is unable to process a payment for
your plan within the suspension period, your account
will be cancelled for non-payment and you will not
be able to access your account.
Other than
for your failure to comply with the applicable End
User License Agreement and Terms and Conditions of
Service, Micro-Business Maintenance Ltd will use
commercially reasonable efforts to make your Data
available for you to download for a period of seven
(7) days after account termination. Micro-Business
Maintenance Ltd has no obligation to provide you
with a copy of your Data and may remove and discard
any backup data.
If an account has been
suspended for non-payment, it will only be
reactivated upon payment of all overdue fees.
It is a violation of this Agreement for you to
misuse or fraudulently use credit and debit cards. A
determination of such misuse or fraudulent use shall
be at the sole discretion of Micro-Business
Maintenance Ltd. Further, Micro-Business Maintenance
Ltd may report all such misuses and fraudulent uses
(as determined by Micro-Business Maintenance Ltd in
its sole discretion) to appropriate government
authorities, credit reporting services, financial
institutions and credit card companies.
Monthly fees paid are non-refundable.
Refunds
on multi-period plans (i.e. annual plans) may be
granted on a prorated basis for the unused portion
of the period purchased, in whole month increments,
and not including the current month.
If you do
not wish to continue services with Micro-Business
Maintenance Ltd, or do not wish to renew your
account, it is your responsibility to cancel your
account prior to your renewal date to avoid further
charges.
You are free to cancel your account
after the initial twelve (12) months. However,
Micro-Business Maintenance Ltd reserves the right to
cancel any account at any time, for any reason,
including, but not limited to, a breach of this
Agreement, our Terms and Conditions of Service or
the EULA.
You have ninety (90) days to
dispute any charge or payment processed by
Micro-Business Maintenance Ltd. If you have a
question concerning a charge you believe is
incorrect, please contact us at
support@mbmltd.co.uk.
In-order to qualify for
a referral reward payment, the new user must mention
your username in the Promo Code field during their
signup process. Referral rewards will not be offered
retrospectively. Referral/affiliate payments will be
made sixty (60) days after the initial signup date
of the new user. Payments are made using PayPal’s
‘Send Money via Email’ service. You must have a
working Email address and PayPal account to receive
and collect your money. If you reside outside the UK
payments will incur a small service charge resulting
in their final value being slight less than the
amount originally stated (details of this can be
found on the PayPal site under ‘Fees for
cross-border payments and currency conversion.’)
