MBM are now using social media as a means to raise their profile and drive traffic to their website and service offerings. Their approach has been to set up a LinkedIn profile for Nigel as Managing Director of the company with a new LinkedIn Group How Important is your Data to You to provide a forum for professionals and business owners to discuss their data backup needs, how best to address IT issues and how to design effective IT strategies for the future. With a Twitter account announcing essential information to keep customers and contacts up to date with the latest development in IT, together with a new blog post series in the pipeline, MBM have made a great start on their social media journey.
