Online Backup Personal Information
We will not (and cannot) view the files that you backup using the backup service.
We may view your file system information (file extensions, sizes, etc but not your file contents) to provide technical support.
You acknowledge and agree that Micro-Business Maintenance Ltd may occasionally send you administrative communications regarding your account or the backup service via Email.
Surveys and Marketing
We may occasionally conduct surveys, contests, or other promotional programmes that involves the collection of personally identifiable information and we may send promotional emails to such participants from time to time. However participation in these programmes is completely voluntary so that you have a choice whether to disclose the requested information without limiting your ability to place orders for products and services. The information requested may include contact information such as name and shipping address and any demographic information such as gender, postal/zip code, or age. Contact information will be used to notify participants of the outcome of such promotions. Survey information may be used or disclosed for purposes of monitoring or improving the performance of our Website operations. We generally do not collect information through our Website from children under age 18. If we conduct a special online programme that is open to children, children under age 18 will be permitted to participate only with the consent of a parent or guardian or will otherwise be given the opportunity to participate without the need to provide personally identifying information.

Credit card details are not stored on our systems. We receive your card details as part of the check-out process, once the transaction has been completed by our payment partner, PayPal, the card details are securely discarded. Some of our services are paid for using monthly recurring credit card transactions. These are handled internally within PayPal so that we are not storing your card details.
